We all like good water pressure in the shower. Some may wonder if adding a filtration system to the shower will decrease the pressure. In most cases, pressure will not decrease. Many models of shower filters work at a rate of 2.5 gallons-per-minute (gpm). Some can pump water out at a rate of three or more gpm if no shower head is attached.
